Tonight my friend Steph and I went to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra at a small, private show!! I won 2 tickets through a contest, and, oh my goodness, they were so phenomenal. It was seriously like being at a rock concert (hence why it’s called a rock opera), but with classical instruments and lots of head banging. Think 80s rock band meets pirate-looks meets orchestra - weird combo, but it totally works. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with how awesome they were. Not to mention, they put us in the holiday spirit with lots of Christmas songs!
I took some video, which I’ll post in just a few minutes. It’s not great quality, but you’ll get the idea. If you’ve never heard of them before, you are definitely missing out and should go hear more of them here. Trust me, you will definitely not regret it!
